HVAC Maintenance Plan in Colorado Springs
Two Tune-Ups, 10% Off Repairs, One Simple Plan
A Simple Plan That Keeps Your System Healthy
Most no-heat and no-cooling emergencies do not come out of nowhere. They start as small, fixable problems that a regular tune-up would have caught. The hard part is remembering to schedule two visits a year, every year, season after season. Our maintenance plan solves that by putting both seasonal tune-ups on one simple annual schedule, so your furnace and AC stay in good shape without you tracking the calendar. At our altitude, where furnaces and air conditioners both work hard through long winters and dry summers, that steady upkeep matters even more.
This plan is built for homeowners across Colorado Springs and El Paso County. Businesses have different needs, so we handle those through site-specific commercial maintenance agreements instead. For your home, the value is straightforward: two thorough tune-ups, a repair discount, and the confidence that your system has been looked at by a professional before each hard season hits.
When our technician comes out, you get the same honest service we are known for. We tell you what we find, fix only what needs fixing, and never push repairs you don’t need. Our team is licensed and insured, EPA certified, and our technicians average more than 10 years of experience, so the people protecting your system know it inside and out.
Signs a Maintenance Plan Is Right for You
- You Forget to Schedule
If “get the furnace checked” has lived on your to-do list since last winter, a plan takes the scheduling off your hands. We reach out when it is time for each visit, so the work actually gets done instead of slipping another season.
- You Hate Surprise Bills
Sudden breakdowns are stressful and expensive. A plan catches small issues early and gives you 10% off repairs when something does come up, so there are fewer financial surprises and fewer emergency rates to swallow.
- Your System Is Getting Older
Older equipment benefits most from regular attention. Consistent care helps an aging furnace or AC reach the end of its useful life instead of failing years early, which buys you time to plan a replacement on your terms rather than in a panic.
- Your Energy Bills Keep Climbing
A tuned system uses less energy. If your bills creep up a little more every season, regular maintenance is one of the simplest ways to bring them back down.
- You Just Bought the Home
New to a house and unsure when the HVAC was last serviced? A plan gets your system onto a known, documented schedule from day one, and gives you a baseline report on what you actually bought.
- You Want Peace of Mind
Knowing your heating and cooling are checked twice a year, by the same team that already knows your system, is the kind of peace of mind that is hard to put a price on.
What Your Plan Covers
Fall Furnace Tune-Up
Before winter, we inspect and tune your furnace, including the burners, heat exchanger, safety controls, airflow, and filter, so your heat is ready when the cold arrives. It is also when we are most likely to spot a safety issue like a cracked heat exchanger.
Spring AC Tune-Up
Before summer, we get your AC ready by checking refrigerant, cleaning the coil, and testing the capacitor, controls, and airflow, so it cools efficiently on the hottest days instead of straining and failing during them.
10% Off Repairs
If a repair comes up during your plan year, you get 10% off, on top of the savings that come from catching problems before they grow. It applies to repairs on both your heating and cooling equipment.
Full Multi Point Inspection
Each visit is a complete
multi-point inspection, not a quick glance, and you get a
clear report of anything we find before any extra work is done. That report is yours to keep, so you always know the condition of your system.
Benefits of a Maintenance Plan
- Prevent Breakdowns
Catching a worn part or low refrigerant early keeps it from becoming an emergency on the coldest or hottest day of the year. Two checkups a year mean far fewer of those middle-of-the-night surprises.
- Lower Energy Bills
A clean, tuned system runs more efficiently, so you spend less to stay comfortable through both the heating and cooling seasons. Dirty filters and coils make a system work harder than it should, and a tune-up resets that.
- Extend Equipment Life
Regular care helps your system reach its full lifespan. According to ENERGY STAR, it is worth considering replacement once a heat pump or air conditioner is more than 10 years old, or a furnace or boiler is more than 15 years old, and consistent maintenance helps you reach the upper end of that range instead of replacing early.
- Protect Your Warranty
Most manufacturers require regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid, so the plan quietly protects the money you have already put into your system. If a covered part fails, you do not want a missed tune-up to be the reason a claim gets denied.
- Save on Repairs
The 10% repair discount means that on the occasion something does need fixing, the plan keeps paying you back instead of just being a line item on your statement. Over a few years, those savings add up alongside the lower energy bills.
What the Plan Costs
The residential maintenance plan is $200 a year. That covers two scheduled visits, your fall furnace tune-up and your spring AC tune-up, each a full multi-point inspection, plus 10% off any repairs during your plan year. We reach out to schedule your visits so you never have to remember, and you always approve any repair before we do the work. If you have more than one system or a larger home, just let us know and we will tell you exactly how the plan applies to your setup.
To keep things honest, here is what the plan does not do: it does not hide the cost of parts or bigger repairs. If your system needs a new part, you still pay for that part, just with 10% off and the advantage of catching it early. The plan is about steady upkeep and fair savings, not fine print. Enrolling is simple, and you can start any time of year, since we will line up your first tune-up for whichever season is coming next.
Do you offer plans for businesses?
Yes, but commercial needs vary, so we build commercial maintenance agreements around your specific site rather than a flat residential plan. Tell us about your building and we will put together a schedule that fits.

This company is amazing! I reached out to the owner about our furnace failing to stay running. He immediately got all the information he needed, and he personally came out the next morning and replaced the part for us! The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal! He made our emergency his emergency and most companies take weeks to come out! Contact them if you want 5 star quality service!

Brandon came out to service my furnace. One of the burners was not igniting and he explained why and the whole safety process on the furnace itself which gave me a huge understanding why I would hear it trying to start up. Super friendly, knowledgeable and educated me on the system. Highly recommend Brandon to come out to anyone needing services.

I liked that he was a small privately owned company. I felt like he really cared, gave me good options.

Middle of winter, had a newborn at home and the furnace went out. They were able to squeeze me in same day and get heat up and running. Fair price, above and beyond service.
